I have been attempting to upgrade to Premium as I have always been a Premium member, however when I try to do it I get a popup message saying it is not possible to complete this,
I have asked for help 3 times and sent a scan of the popup as requested but have not had any response now for 5 days.
Is anyone else having similar problems?
Not impressed with the lack of response from NTN, I would imagine they would welcome my Premium fees.
