I have enabled notifications on NTN and Chrome to be displayed on my phone screen and notifications do not appear at all. Does anyone know what is at stake and what needs to be done? Thank you.

first thing you should do is make sure that when you log on the site thru your phone that you are using the DESKTOP version for the site; that shouldmake the notifications show up. I had the same problem & that fixed it.
