For 3 days I'm no longer in the list. Filter function does not work. What happened?

seems like possibly there were some unforeseen things popping up with the recent changes here on the site; i suggest using the Live Help button to notify Admin that there's a problem with this happening so they can check it out

it's normally at the top right of your monitor, right under the little box with your user name, that also tells you if you have any messages or friend requests. if it's not there, it means the help person isn't available. when i logged on a few minutes ago, there was someone available so i am going to pass this on to them, in case they don't already know about the problem.

i just reported the problem to Stephanie at the help desk, & she is forwarding the info to Admin to check it out
hopefully we'll get an answer soon, gurls, so hang in there

i gotta go now, got a dentist appointment...

The 'help' button is only present when a helper is actually online and available.

An alternative option, available 24/7, is to go to Help/Contact at the bottom of the page, and then click the link for http://www.sitesupportsystem.com

I found it and reported it. technical team is working on it

Obviously NN does not get it solved ;-(

I chatted with the Boss today about this & he assured me that it should be fixed within the next 24 hours. Thanks for the follow-up, Boss, & here's to getting it taken care of so we can all see what's going on in this area.
